IIT Hyderabad jobs - Research Associate

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Experimental HEP OR Theoretical Neutrino Physics (Those who have submitted their thesis and waiting for the viva can also apply) a) Candidates with PhD in experimental High Energy Physics (preferably Neutrino Physics) are required to contribute to the NOvA neutrino data analysis (expertise with the HEP analysis tools is required) with proficiency in Machine Learning techniques, C++, Python etc. OR b) For candidates with PhD in theoretical Neutrino Physics there will be no provision for association with any experiment.

Desirable: Excellent technical and communication skills are desirable apart from technical writing. Besides, the candidate should have an ability to mentor new PhD students and help the PI to manage related research activities.
