Research Associate must have curiosity and reasoning skills including being interested in social systems, interpersonal dynamics, social groups, human decision making, communities, crime, law, and preferences.

Research Associate must be able to use common sense, logic, reasoning, past data, and prediction when entering and collating data so they can identify insights. They must be passionate about handling and understanding of field research. They must have a passion for being thorough, organizing work, tying threads together, working with a team, having discussions, and identifying insights

• Identify investigate cases on complex social issues
• Analyze and document compelling information Develop and maintain relationships with sources of information
• Gather and document intelligence on filed and from other sources, Assemble and archive knowledge on recorded from different sources
• Open to working in urban conditions and drawing in various kinds of individuals so as to accumulate data;
• Incredible relational abilities and demonstrated capacity to speak with various sorts of individuals;
• Great documentation and report composing abilities;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Hindi and English. Ability to speak Marathi preferred

Education Background:-

Preferably social science background- Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Criminology, Rural Development, Developmental Studies
