Job Description

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) invites application for the position Research Associate

No. Of Post: 01 position (Code: CS-NSTMIS-RA)

Project Name: Design of a Computational Framework for Discipline-wise and Thematic Mapping of Research Performance of Indian Higher Educational Institutions

Salary: Rs 49,000 + HRA@16%, per month

Essential Qualifications: Ph. D. degree in appropriate branch with evidence of research work done in the area of Scientometrics/ Information Science or equivalent and at least one research publication in a SCIE indexed journal.

Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience of working in the area of Scientometrics and writing research papers/ technical reports.

Duties: To do research in the areas of Scientometrics/ Information Systems and write research papers/ technical reports as per the objectives of the project.

Nature: Full-time (up to March 2022).

Location: Varanasi
