Salary: Upto 50,000 p.m.
Scope of work: This research assistant position will work under the technical supervision of the Research Manager, Saksham Pramaan at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
Required qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
Experience: Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in research projects, in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. The candidate should have the necessary research skills of quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management, and analysis. Conversant in local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. She/he shall have experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population. The candidate should be sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs.
Essential: High level of commitment and integrity and ability to work independently. Excellent co-ordination and organisational skills. Ability to strategize and implement the programme to get the expected outcome desirable: Knowledge of National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations

Scope of work: This research assistant position will work under the technical supervision of the Research Associate and Research Manager, Saksham Pramaan at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
Required qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
Experience: A minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in research projects, in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. The candidate should have the necessary research skills of quantitative and qualitative data collection and data management.
