Research Associate - Research

Project Title: Ge Nanowires Based Short-Wavelength Infrared (SWIR) Photodetectors for Imaging Applications(SWI)

Vacancies: 1 post

Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs. Upto Rs.47000(depending upon qualification & experience) (depending upon qualification & experience)

Department/School/Centre: Nano Science and Technology

Qualifications: M.Tech. in Solid State Technology / Electronic Science/ Materials Science having 3 years Research Experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.

Relevant Experience: 4 years research experience on Si/Ge quantum dots / nanowire growth and device fabrication for optoelectronic devices with minimum four research publications. Upper age limit is 35 years. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and female applicant.
