Research Co-ordinator/Post Doctoral Fellow – Impact Study

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of the research design workshops for impact study.
- Co-ordinate the development of common data collection tools.
- Train and support country project teams in country specific research design and customization of data collection tools for impact study research.
- Train and support country project teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Document and share best practices on impact study research among country project teams.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a degree (B.Ed./M.A (Ed)./MEd) in education/social sciences combined with a postgraduate/graduate degree in science/ mathematics / engineering or in similar fields. Candidate pursuing their PhD in Education or allied fields would be preferred.
Experience: Early-stage researchers/ candidates in the final stages of PhD/ post doctoral fellows.
Skills and competencies required:
- Experience in conducting academic research. Strong data analysis skills for quantitative and qualitative data. Experience in authoring academic research reports.
- Good understanding of curriculum design and pedagogies of school science and math education. Understanding of the use of ICT in school education.
- Experience in authoring academic research papers.
- Ability to leverage technology for work such as use of Google Drive, Learning Management Platforms such as Google Classroom, Edx, etc.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Duration: Two years.
Remuneration: In the range of 40,000 to 50,000 depending upon qualification and experience.
