Roles & Responsibilities:-

The role will be dynamic. We are looking for a young candidate who aspires to be in the field of management consulting. The candidate will be expected to pitch Synerbridge’s services to potential clients in Mumbai & Dubai. Along with this, the candidate will get an opportunity to work on existing strategy consulting projects, research on various industries, create analytical excel & ppt reports, & make an impact on the client’s business.

1. Understanding and analysing Synerbridge's service USPs
2. Creating strategies to communicate USPs to business owners across India & UAE
3. Communicating service USPs to business owners through WhatsApp, email, or any other social platform
4. Cold-calling business owners & applying strategies to convert them to actual customers
5. Creating a database on the number of businesses contacted every day
6. Work on client projects as a BD specialist to help the client grow its business

Required Candidate profile

Business development experience of 3-5 years or
Sales or Marketing experience of 3-5 years or
Consulting experience if any

Perks and Benefits

Fixed salary could be in the range of INR 30,000-50,000. Apart from the fixed salary, we are offering a variable component of INR 10,000 for every lead (whether domestic or international) that is converted into business.
