As part of Baxter’s R&D team, you will contribute to the innovation, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical products that support the company’s mission to Save and Sustain Lives. You will engage in scientific research, experimental execution, data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product development and improvement of existing portfolio products.
Conduct scientific research and laboratory experiments following approved protocols.
Participate in formulation development and analytical testing of pharmaceutical products.
Perform method development, validation, and sample analysis with high accuracy.
Accurately compile, evaluate, and interpret experimental and stability data.
Prepare and present technical reports, study summaries, and results to internal stakeholders.
