Research/ Documentation Specialist 

·        Assist HEAD CSR to prepare quarterly process reports, annual progress reports, CSR & Sustainability Committee Meeting presentations, CSR location, and Head Office decks.

·        Prepare communication strategy and tools for all the three CSR focus areas

·        Work closely with the HEAD CSR to strengthen results management and reporting;

·        Ensure effective communications, visibility, and knowledge management;

·        Support project team in preparing concept notes and other project-related documents;

·        Support CSR team in organizing and managing seminars, workshops, press conferences;

·        Produce reports and stories of the seminars/workshops organized by the project;

·        Ensure proper process documentation and preparing project closure reports

·        Research for bringing innovations in the CSR programs

·        Prepare and edit press releases, program-related progress reports, and documents;
