Qualification in Details:

1. REO Grade I : a. Minimum : Ph.D. in Chemistry.

b. Desirable : Should have minimum of 2 years working experience at IIT/ University/ Technical Institutions level in Chemistry Laboratories for undergraduate engineering and science students; experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates. Sound knowledge of Chemistry behind experiments: ability to communicate well for the delivery of laboratory tutorials and student interaction OR Should have minimum of 2 years working experience and sound knowledge of working principles of modem chemistry instrumentation such as IR, Mass and NMR Spectrometers and other equipments; experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates, coordination and AMC of Instruments; experience in interfacing with research groups and students and machine management.

2. REO Grade II: a. Minimum : B. Tech/ BE/ MSc.

b. Desirable : Experience in maintaining servers, installation and maintenance of parallel computing software, writing applications using MPI and related High performance Computing libraries. Proficiency in visualization, accelerators like GPU, Xeon Phi. This post requires looking after the High performance Computing facility and also helping the users of scientific computing in writing/ debugging/ porting of parallel applications and software. B. Tech/ B.E./ MSc with first class or equivalent in the respective degree is desirable.

3. REO Grade II: a. Minimum : B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics/ M.Sc. (Electronics).

b. Desirable Experience in handling and troubleshooting high/Low voltage power supplies and electronics circuits. Working knowledge of Ultra-high vacuum techniques. Experience in designing I assembling/ operating a particle accelerator facility at a technical level. Maintenance and troubleshooting of high/ low voltage power supplies and control systems for the accelerator system.

4. REO Grade I : a. Minimum : B. Tech + 5 years experience in industry more focus toward product prototyping.

b. Desirable : B. Tech (ME/ Industrial Engineering/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronic) plus 5 years experience.

6. REO Grade I :

a. Minimum : MTech / MSc or equivalent in any area of engineering or sciences plus 3 years of relevant experience or PhD in any area of engineering or sciences.

b. Desirable : At least an M. Tech/ MSc/ M.S. or equivalent degrees in Printing Technology or allied areas; at least two years of experience after completion of Master's degree, in research and/or development, in the area of Printable Electronics and/ or in flexible electronics; having familiarity with structure and fabrication of one or more of the following devices Organic Solar Cells, Organic Light Emitting Diodes, Sensors and/or Organic Thin Film Transistors; and experience in working in a team with hands-on experience in printing and characterisation of thin films and/or electronic devices.

7. REO Grade I : a. Minimum : PhD in biomedical field in relevant topic of research.

b. Desirable : Educational background and relevant experience in: PhD in biomedical sciences with research work involving transgenic mouse models for human disorders. Work experience in molecular biology, cell biology and histopathoplogy, behavioural analyses. Experience in primary culture, stem cell cultures and Ior ex vivo organ cultures would be given weightage. Evidence for independent research, grant proposal writing, and involvement/ coordination in multicentre/ multi-investigators/ mufti-disciplinary research projects.

8. REO Grade II

a.Minimum BTech/ MSc or equivalent with LLB or Post Graduation in Law from a university/ college recognized by Bar Council of India with good academic performance.

b. Desirable Three years of work experience in the corporate sector (preferably in R&D establishments) in the areas of drafting agreements, handling legal matters, and technology transfer. Training/ expertise in intellectual property rights and commercialization. Proven ability to work independently and to lead a group. Excellent communication and negotiation skill sets. Candidates from science or engineering discipline will be preferred.

9. REO Grade I :a. Minimum : M. Tech. or M.Sc. + 3 years of experience or PhD + O years of experience (Electrical [Electronic Engineering I Physics/ Materials Science).

b. Desirable : Hands-on experience of I-V (DC and Pulsed),CV, RF (CW and Pulsed). Expertise in Semiconductor Device Modeling and Simulation softwares. PDK Development & Layout design. Knowledge of Verilog-A language, ELI Python script. Strong background in semiconductor device physics. Good writing skills Good Project Management skills.

5.Senior Research Establishment Officer/1 Posts

Qualification in Details:1. Minimum (PhD in Electronic Engineering or allied fields plus 5 years of relevant experience) or (M. Tech / MSc or equivalent degrees in electronic engineering or allied fields plus 8 years of relevant experience).

2. Desirable Demonstrable proof of a broad understanding and experience with analog/ digital electronics and an IOT related background in devices, sensor systems, data communication over a network and/or back-end data management and processing. He/she should have a good grasp of system level issues such as hardware resource utilization, power optimization, modularization and clock budgeting. He/she should have the competence for developing circuit specifications, and its realization for flexible electronics based systems. He/she should have demonstrated potential in leading/ guiding project teams in past training or work experience.
