Responsibility/Roles:
Handling of multistep synthesis on gram to kilo scale with knowledge of reaction chemistry and analytical data interpretation like GC, LC and mass.
Must having knowledge of reaction monitoring by TLC or by different analytical techniques. (not important )
Should have the knowledge of reagent handling during reaction, & workup, purification techniques like crystallization or acid base purification, column purification etc.
Document reactions, research findings/ observations/ material balance accurately in lab note books as per requirements, maintain confidentiality.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 1-2 Years of experience in Process Development and CRO organizations. Agro-chemical is preferable
M.Sc./Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry Good communication skills Eager to learn new skills and technologies
