Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The RA at Karma Group will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients. 
  • In this role you will be interacting with clients to communicate with potential clients on the phone and will be responsible for following up on, and closing prospective leads. You will be working in a team to meet the objectives, goals and targets of the Department.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Leads will be provided, it’s the responsibility of the RA to contact all of them with the details of the offers in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest and keep track of older leads who indicated likely interest for a later date and close sales on a daily basis.  
  • Use of email to correspond with leads on a limited level as the role is tele-caller. All emails will be pre-scripted / pre-authorized before any RA can send it out. No individual creativity is expected.
  • Capture information from the leads, offer solutions and options with the aim of closing a sale.
Requirements: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Written tests will be conducted at interview level.
  • Must be friendly, with can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to convert a sale.
  • Must be confident and handle objections in a professional and profitable manner.
  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
  • Must have ability to handle rejection without any adverse impact on  the next call
  • Must have in-depth understanding of the UK market, culture, political and geographical
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change without any adverse impact on outcome of productivity.
  • Competitive dialler who also has a team attitude and step up to assist other team members.
  • Should be willing to learn on the job without any “know it all” attitude.
  • Must have good knowledge of International tourist destinations.
  • Qualifications and skills:
  • Highly motivated sales person; if they can sell an igloo to an Eskimo; then we want to meet them.  
  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate or similar
  • Must have previous experience with UK timings and working hours during the same.
  • Added value if candidate has lived / studied / travelled to the UK / has interacted with UK based clients. 
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills; with minimum MTI and preferred UK accent training in previous role.
  • Proficiency in knowledge of the UK market and associated mind set of the prospective clients must be a priority.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using CRM/sales software preferred
  • Ability to keep up to date information, from climate to political changes.
