Urgently Required Reservation executives with experience in the Travel/Hotel Industry in Dehradun (Freshers may also apply)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Communication - with the clients and help clients identify their suitable travel package based on their requirements.
• Negotiation - customization or modifications
• Database - Upgrading of the database.
• In short Sales - Basically sells a package !!

Desired Candidate Profile

• Looking for freshers 
• Candidate with minimum 01 years of experience in Travel/Hotel Industry.
• This is a Dehradun-based job. Outside candidates, please don't apply.
• Good mathematical (calculation) skills
• Good Communication Skills and client convincing skills.
• Should have basic computer and written skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and in the future lead a team.

So that 

• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). 
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
