Qualification: 12th/ Graduation
Experience: 4-5 years of Progressive experience in hospitality, customer service, call centre, and or training
Salary: Negotiable
Location: New Delhi
· 4+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, customer service, call centre, and or training
· 2 years of Reservations Experience (Preferred)
· Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity
· Participates in sales calls with members of a sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business
· Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options
· Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
· Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers desired travel dates.
· Presents the brand and/or Group's loyalty programme to customers; adapt the sales pitch to each customer,
· Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Partners and Travel Agencies.
· Counters any objections with a suitable and structured sales argument; passes on any questions that cannot be answered to his/her superior,
· Ensure smooth running of the day to day operations for the Reservations Department
· Assist in maintaining historical records of reservations arrivals, cancellations and denials to assist in formulating future reservations estimates
· Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction
· Performs general reservation clerk duties; uses computer terminal to process email, mail, fax and telephone requests for reservations, processes changes and cancellations at each facility and for all activities, and responds to both mail and telephone requests for information
· Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the customers, develop professional long term business relationships to the agencies
· Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
