Job Description

RESERVATION & TICKETING EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT : Tours & Activites

LOCATION : Kochi

Skills Required:

Good customer handling skills
Good communications skills
Should have good writing skills
Should be from travel & tourism industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Taking inbound calls and provides customer support & help resolve queries
Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries.
Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
Should be able to resolve customer queries and should be patient.
Above all should have very good knowledge in English (Verbal) as the designated person will be handling western customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 1 yrs - 7 Yrs( Preferred Male candidates only)
