Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties
1.Guest Relationship Management (reservation requests, reviews)
2. Interacting with clients/brokers and direct guest bookings
3. Handling bookings & booking related queries on CRM software.
4. Content Creation, writing and updating listings on aggregator websites
5. Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, websites)
6. Any other tasks assigned.
