Responsible and Duties
1. Follows and complies with all standards and guidelines.
2. Cook and package batches of food, such as burgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
3. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
4. Checks and observes expiration dates of all products and raw materials.
5. Minimize wastage of products through strict observance of product management.
6. Properly marks discard time on the products.
7. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers.
8. Check & maintain restaurant restrooms always clean & tidy as per cleanliness standards, and restock supplies.
9. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
10. Do cleaning tasks before leaving; ensure always the cleanliness of the dining, Kitchen, equipment and service area
11. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
12. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
13. Check & maintain restaurant dining area exterior & interior always clean & tidy as per cleanliness standards.
14. Participate in promoting sales through effective suggestive selling & sell-up
15. Do cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedule or as per manager Instructions.
16. Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
17. Follow up service steps while serving/taking customer orders and Assist carryout customers and Handle customer complaints in good manner whenever appropriate.
18. Delivery – We need to delivery the food items for near by customers (Only for licensed candidate)
