Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a well-organized, vibrant, energetic, and goal-oriented restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our restaurant.
We expect the restaurant manager is responsible for overall operations
The manager should be flexible and adaptable to accept the challenges in the market and should have the ability to focus on the overall growth of the business and reportable to the Management Team.
To be a successful restaurant manager in the hospitality industry, you should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
The manager should ensure that customers are satisfied internally and externally, and should have the ability to build a team.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Are:-
• Hiring and training staff.
• Creating work ethics and environment
• Handling and monitoring Purchases regularly
• Handling and monitoring the price
• Handling and monitoring the Menu regularly and making changes frequently based on market needs
• Opening and closing the restaurant daily.
• Motivating staff during busy shifts.
• Ensuring that staff members are available for shifts.
• Able to do market research based on trends, creating awareness on social media and knowledge about digital marketing etc.
Requirements:-
• A degree in business management.
• Prior experience (3Y-4Y) in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours, Knowledge of bookkeeping software & Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹40000-70000 per month
