A leading restaurant chain is seeking a Restaurant Trainer to join their team to consistently deliver top-notch service and uphold our brand's reputation.

Responsibilities:

You will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our restaurant staff. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees, covering topics such as food preparation, customer service, safety procedures, and company policies.

2. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our restaurant's culture, values, and operational standards.

3. Skill Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and hands-on training to enhance employees' culinary and service skills.

4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food preparation and service meet our established standards of excellence.

5. Feedback and Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback to employees and conduct performance evaluations to track progress and development.

6. Documentation: Maintain training records, attendance, and training materials, keeping them up-to-date and organized.

7. Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all staff members comply with safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong background in fast food chains being highly preferred.

- Training Skills: Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
