Job Description

  • Retail Customer Executive Jobs in Mysore Manage the complete customer journey liaising with appropriate staff within the store Increasing and quantity and quality of the online ratings/reviews/testimonials on Google, Facebook, Instagram and our website 
  • Handle all telephonic and WhatsApp calls and messages and also all emails 
  • Record the feedback of all customers visiting the store and those receiving delivery remotely 
  • Call the remote customers updating on the overall dispatch and delivery status. 
  • Assess the customer feedback online and offline and come up with insights and action plan for improvement Success
