We are looking for energetic Retail Customer Service Associate to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers

Designation: Retail Customer Service Associate

Salary: 15,000/- to 25,000/- (As per candidate profile)

Allowance: PF, Pick & Drop, Food on Duty

Location: Kolkata/Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Handling the passenger / handling baggage / Cashering/ Selling of the Items at the Shop
• Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions
• Cashering
• Selling the items
• Handling the Lounge and The retail shops
• Taking Care of the Executive Lounge
• Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children
• Providing information to passengers

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 10th and above can apply
• Fresher are most welcome
• Age - 18 to 28 Years
• Candidate should have good communication and pleasing personality
• Well-groomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
