Responsibilities:

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging personal network.
  
• Research and build relationships with new clients and pitch them for business.
  
• Plan approaches and pitches to impress the client in first instance.
  
• Work with team to develop proposals that take care of clients’ needs and concerns.
  
• Handle client concerns and inhibitions about the concept by clarifying and emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  
• Effective use of market and competitors knowledge competitors to identify and develop company’s USP/ unique selling propositions.
  
• Submit weekly progress reports with accuracy of data.
  
• Desired Education/ Experience and Skills:
  
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously comfortable in target oriented environment.
  
• Excellent time management and punctuality is must for this position.
  
• Any graduate/ MBA with 4 to 8 Years’ experience in building new accounts and business for concept selling to corporate and High end investors .
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in all aspects of telephone, written and face-to-face interaction for consultative sales.
  
• Candidates with technical bent of mind with prior experience of selling mutual funds, Insurance and financial schemes will be preferred.
  
• Candidates with concept selling competencies clubbed with face-to-face interaction with clients
