Retail Operations:-

ü  Managing the entire Retail Channel for the Andhra Pradesh branch.

ü  Working on to increase Walk-Ins and provide a great customer experience in Retail outlets.

ü  Execute key initiatives and manage relationships to ensure accelerated growth of each Retail Outlet. 

ü  Plan and execute, as well as collaborate with the supporting teams and ensure that the established corporate goals are reached especially related to Retail & Brand building.

ü  Make competition analysis by collecting market data to work on effective positioning strategy.

People Management:-

ü  Recruitment of Manpower for Retail outlets.

ü  Conducting monthly meeting for the Manpower deployed at Retail outlets.

ü  Co-ordinating for Induction & Product training for the Manpower deployed at Retail outlets.

ü  Conducting Process Training, Soft Skills Trainings & TNA.

ü  Motivating and mentoring team members to increase sales as well as to ensure efficiency.

ü  Design RNR.

Marketing for Retail outlets:-

ü  Strategize and develop the retail business by planning, designing & implementing effective marketing and communication solutions.

ü  Coordinating for special events & Promotional activities and demos.

ü  Also support in executing all outdoor activities like Demos/Workshops/ Exhibition/other events.

ü  Making strategy to drive secondary sales from Retail outlets.

Sales & Business Development:-

ü  Target Setting, Sales tracking for each & every Retail outlets.

ü  Review Target Vs Achievement of CSRs periodically.

ü  Analyzing CSR Book for Target Vs Achievement & model wise sales analysis.

ü  Ensuring display guideline maintained at IFB Points.

ü  Works in coordination with Trade Marketing and Primary Sales Team to ensure timely communication & implementation of schemes and POPs.

ü  Outlet Expansion on the basis of feasibility analysis.
