Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Ensure 100% adherence to the store SOP and follow the relevant process and policies defined in the SOP
Liaising with local statutory authorities
Collection management
Hire, Train, and asses store employees productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store as per VM standard
Inventory management
Reporting as per management guidelines
Daily reportingCompletes all store operational requirements.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Ensure the interior and exterior of the store is maintained as per company standards.
Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Responsible for full operation of retail stores including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory. Expectations are that 90% of business hours are spent on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees and running the business where it matters most close to the customer
