Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to the showroom with a friendly and approachable demeanor, assisting them in finding products and answering initial inquiries.

Assist customers in selecting tiles, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen solutions by providing information on product features, styles, and pricing.

Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure customers receive personalized attention and support throughout their shopping experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including dusting displays, restocking products, and arranging merchandise to enhance visual appeal.

Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Assist in inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock checks, replenishing merchandise, and assisting with receiving shipments.

Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate information to customers.

Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, sales, and security protocols.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience, preferably in a showroom or home improvement environment.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic math skills and proficiency in using a point-of-sale system.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Knowledge or interest in home improvement products and design trends is a plus.
