Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greeting, assisting, and building rapport with customers to drive sales.
Sales & Targets: Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge:
Maintaining deep knowledge of products to answer questions and provide recommendations

Merchandising & Inventory: Ensuring shelves are stocked, organizing displays, and managing stock levels.
