Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Sales Drive:

  • Welcome shoppers, assess their style preferences, and assist them in choosing fabrics, tailormade options, or ready-to-wear collections.

  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.

  • Build customer relationships through courteous service and promote store loyalty programs.

• Fabric & Product Knowledge:

  • Understand the features, blends, textures, and care instructions for various fabrics and suitings across Siyaram's brand portfolio.

  • Guide customers accurately regarding fabric requirements for custom tailoring and garment fittings.

• Billing & POS Operations:

  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) billing system via cash, cards, or digital wallets.

  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and queries in alignment with company policies.

• Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control:

  • Ensure neatly folded apparel displays, proper fabric roll arrangements, and attractive shelf stocking.

  • Assist in stock receiving, inventory tagging, price marking, and periodic stock audits.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual aesthetics, and brand hygiene standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail sales, fashion sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Communication: Fluency in local language and functional knowledge of English or Hindi.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
