Job Description

Retail Sales Associate Opening with following Responsibility areas:

a)Imitation Jewelry & Accessories know how upgradation

b)Handling Stock Inventory

c)Creating social media posts for digital marketing

d)Setting up of jewelry display & dismantling and packaging as well

e)Handling customer shipments

f)Cold calling & customer interaction

g)Responding to questions and giving information to the customers

h)Sharing product knowledge with customers

i)Providing recommendations to customers

j)Managing financial transactions and processing payments

k)Preparing merchandise and designing displays

l)Maintaining a clean and tidy space

m)Assisting with inventory

n)Handling refunds and returns

o)Handling customer complaints

p)Processing newly received shipments

q)Alerting management of potential security issues

r)Creating a positive customer experience and work environment
