Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:

• Sales & Transactions:

  Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Understand product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services to effectively guide customers. 

• Merchandising & Store Appearance:

  Maintain product displays, arrange merchandise, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and well-organized. 

• Inventory Management:

  Support inventory tasks by receiving and unpacking shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies. 

• Customer Service:

  Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. 

• Sales Targets:

  Work to achieve individual and store sales goals and promotions.
