In-Shop Promoter – Kent RO

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused In-Shop Promoter to represent Kent RO products inside assigned retail stores. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, explaining product features, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate Kent RO water purifiers to walk-in customers

• Explain product features, benefits, and comparison with competitors

• Understand customer water quality concerns and recommend suitable models

• Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up for home installations

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain product display, branding visibility, and in-store hygiene

• Coordinate with store staff and Kent sales team for smooth order processing

• Collect customer data and update lead details accurately

• Share daily sales and activity reports with the reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales / promoter role (Water purifier / Appliances experience preferred)

• Good communication skills in local language (English/Hindi preferred)

• Presentable personality and confident approach

• Basic understanding of sales techniques
