Shop Promoter – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers in the shop/store.

• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and offers.

• Engage with customers and understand their requirements.

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock visibility.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Coordinate with store staff and report sales/stock updates to the supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the assigned counter.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic knowledge of sales and product promotion.

• Prior retail/promoter experience is preferred.

• Ability to work on weekends/holidays when required.
