Job Description:

 Should be responsible for meeting secondary and primary targets.

 Should ensure execution of trade schemes at the marketplace.

 Should handle the distributors as per company norms.

 Should do retail merchandising.

 Should support ASM for an appointment of distributors.

 Proper detailing of Kores stationery products to the retailers should be done with the

help of samples.

 Should cover at least 20 retailers in a day.

 Minimal productivity of 10 sales order booking is expected

 Should visit the retailers at a frequency of weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis on the

beats designed by his superiors.

 Should be responsible for ensuring financial discipline

 Should have excellent communication skill, good interpersonal skills and a pleasing

personality.

 Demonstration on the feeding of CRM is compulsory while working in the market as per

company norms.

 Should have knowledge about competition 

 Should be responsible for range selling of focus products as well as key products

 Should ensure that the unsalable are in control.

 Should not have more than18 retailer beats under him & in a metro city, the retail beats

should not be more than 12.

Candidate Profile:

 Should be able to handle dealers & distributors.

 Should be able to achieve his primary & secondary targets.

 Taking care of retailing.
