Job Post: Sales Officer- InStore (Product- Citibank Credit Card)

Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Timing: 10 am to 8 pm

Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays are working. Weekly off shall be either Monday or Tuesday.

Salary: As per the qualification & Experience + Monthly Target Based Incentives + Annual Bonus

The Golden Opportunity: IKEA, the Sweden Based world-famous Home Furnishings Company is coming to Navi Mumbai in Dec 2020. This IKEA store in Turbhe is going to become Navi Mumbai’s Biggest Landmark. The company has partnered with World’s Major MNC Bank Citibank to launch a New Credit Card. Candidate for this job gets to work in a World-Class Environment created by two Giant MNCs- IKEA & Citibank.

The Job Description

1.      Credit Card Sales by interacting with all Walk-in customers inside the store

2.      Strike a Smart & Pleasant conversation with each & every customer

3.      Pitch & Convince the customer for Citibank Credit Card

4.      Process customer application through IPAD

5.      Effectively & accurately capture all customer information

6.      Interact with the Bank Officer (present inside the store) for completing the transaction

7.      Update the customer about the Final Status of his application

Eligibility Criteria

1.      Age 21-30 Years (Female & Male Both)

2.      12th/ Graduate. Slight Preference for people with 70%+ Marks in HSC & SSC.

3.      Related Field Work Experience NOT COMPULSORY. Slight Preference for Direct Sales/Counter Sales/Business Development profile.

4.      Strong Preference for Navi Mumbai/Thane Residents because of Job Location in Turbhe.

5.      Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi. Preference for Marathi communication.

Candidate needs to carry 4 MUST-HAVES before applying

i)       Candidate MUST HAVE Confidence & Flair for Sales and ability to connect with each & every customer

ii)      Candidate MUST HAVE Strong Ability to spend entire day moving around the Store and pithing the product to every single customer with full passion & energy

iii)    Candidate MUST BE fully Comfortable with Work Timings 10am-8pm. & Working Days (Tuesday to Sunday)

iv)    Candidate MUST BE very hardworking, honest, punctual & sincere towards the job

Compensation/Salary Details

1.      FIXED MONTHLY SALARY: As per the qualification & Experience

2.      Monthly Incentives: You can earn Monthly Incentives equivalent to a fixed salary, subject to Target Achievement

3.      Annual Bonus: 1st Year- 15 Days Salary. 2nd Year Onwards- 1 Month Salary

Selection Procedure

Step 1: CVs received on the email would be reviewed as per the company requirements

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates would be called to a company office in Malad WEST for personal interview ORthey would be interviewed through WhatsApp Video.

Step 3: Selected candidates would be asked to submit documents on email first.

Step 4: Offer would be confirmed back by the company to the candidate on email.

Step 4: Joining formalities would be completed in-person at Company’s Malad Office.
