Responsibilities :
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide daily customer report
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Report daily along with customer details/sales/requirements for the day.
In-flow and out-flow of rental products and sales product.
Daily Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Understand Market Trends
Updating Relevant Sheets for Rental, Washing, Repair, Warranty etc.
Keeping the store clean and tidy.
Customer feedback for sales and rentals.
Follow ups for Repair, Warranty and shipping.
Complete invoicing and inventory management.
Changing the VM on a weekly basis and on occasions.
Should contribute to improvement of company’s operations and sales.
