Job Description

Description:
  • Responsible for handling inbound & Outbound Calls
  • Call prospective clients & explain product & services
  • Arrange meetings & have follow up with the potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Generate leads for the sales team
  • Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries
  • Listen attentively to customers need
  • Must have sound knowledge of Online marketing concepts
  • Achieving monthly given targets & Daily reporting
Skill Required:
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must. 
  • Also, known to any other local language like, Kannada,Telugu, Tamil, etc will be added advantage
  • Excellent Written & oral communication
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Able to work in pressure & adaptable.
  • Good convincing power
  • Able to work in team & also take initiatives
  • Qualifications/Experience:Graduation is a must – Any Stream
  • Min 6 months relevant work experience would be preferred from E-commerce background.
