Job Description

Description:

Responsible for handling inbound & Outbound Calls
Call prospective clients & explain product & services
Arrange meetings & have follow up with the potential customers to prospect for new business
Generate leads for the sales team
Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries
Listen attentively to customers need
Must have sound knowledge of Online marketing concepts
Achieving monthly given targets & Daily reporting

Skill Required:

Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must.
Also, known to any other local language like, Kannada,Telugu, Tamil, etc will be added advantage
Excellent Written & oral communication
Go-getter attitude
Able to work in pressure & adaptable.
Good convincing power
Able to work in team & also take initiatives
Qualifications/Experience:Graduation is a must – Any Stream
Min 6 months relevant work experience would be preferred from E-commerce background.
