Job Description

About Company

we are hiring for Mallapuram insurance and allied services.

 work location : Ramnagar Near RTC cross roads,

Retail Sales

 Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Maintain business cordial relationships with the customers
  • Create plans to address clients business needs
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Study market competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers needs

Requirements
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with different teams
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 0-2 Years
  • Field work
Note: Two wheeler is mandatory
