Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and greeting customers, assisting customers in finding products, providing information on promos, events, Home Deliveries etc.
  • Keep up with the sales targets of the store, practice upselling & cross-selling for different products. 
  • Understand & Follow brand guidelines & maintain the same on floor area. 
  • Share Product Knowledge, fabric, styles & trends. 
  • Take initiative to engage more and more clients 
  • Be on the lookout for potential Shoplifters
  • Take control of stock management to always ensure product availability
  • 6 days Working in a week. 
General Competencies Attendance, Discipline, Punctuality, Attitude, Initiative 

Requirements
  • Minimum High school education or higher qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-year of experience working in a retail environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of retail basic 
  • Excellent communication (English, local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Fashion knowledge
  • Age - between 19-28
