Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts Available: 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm
Salary Range: ₹10,000 for 8 hours | ₹12,000 for 10+ hours
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Store Executive. As a Retail Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Billing and Cash Handling:
- Accurately process customer transactions through the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and provide correct change to customers.
Store Customer Handling:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Packing:
- Efficiently and neatly pack customer purchases.
- Safely handle and package fragile items to prevent damage.
Stock Management:
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the store premises clean and organized.
- Monitor and replenish shopping baskets and carts.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and discounts.
- Assist customers in locating products within the store.
Adherence to Policies:
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to safety and security guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Degree holders, computer literate, or 12th-grade pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for operating the point-of-sale system.
Working Hours:
- Two shifts available: 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm.
Salary:
- ₹10,000 for 8 hours of work.
- ₹12,000 for more than 10 hours of work.
