Data

About the role:

Understand the data that we currently have
Identify the data gaps and communicate it to the respective stakeholders
Gather all the crucial data through automation or process
Make sure there are no data discrepancies and there is alignment across the Org
Help the teams to have better data hygiene

Analysis

Understand what is working well and what is not
Create dashboards, alerts etc to increase transparency and communication to the teams
Identifying the opportunities and provide insights to the team and the management
Create reports and dashboards that will make it the single source of truth

Forecasting

Plan for the future - Build reports and dashboards that would help the team to forecast better
Data driven approach and analysis to forecast better
Build Predictive Modelling to help forecast revenue
Inform the team what they are doing well and what they need to work on better to attain their goals

Responsibilities

Cross-functional collaboration and communication
Regular interaction with the BI team to build reports and dashboards in Tableau
Regular interaction with folks in operations to understand data sets and data flow
Communication of reports and analysis to the relevant stakeholders
Automation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports and Analysis with Insights to the stakeholders

Must Have

Skills required Good knowledge of Excel Previous experience in Data crunching and Analysis Basic knowledge of Tableau
