What will your job look like?

You will be performing LTE(TDD/FDD)/WCDMA/GSM network optimization and trouleshooting.
You will be working on network improvement and optimization tasks.
You will be responsible for performing KPI degradation analysis and recommend parameter changes for network improvement.
You will need to possess Good parametric and counter level knowledge for analyzing entire network.
You will be performing post Integration checks through OSS commands.
You will also be supporting new feature trails for network improvement.

All you need is...

Must be an Engg Graduate â BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication stream
Working Experience in one of the following equipment â Ericsson 2 â 8 years
Working Experience in any of the technologies: LTE(TDD/FDD)/WCDMA/GSM
Need to possess Good parametric and counter level knowledge for analyzing entire network
Should have good experience on trouble shooting
Should be able use tools such as Business Object, NetAct, Winfoil, BTS manager
Should have experience into KPI improvement through Optimization activities, Parameter Optimization based on Ericsson System for Voice and Data.
Good Team player
Should be open to work in evening shifts (6 PM TO 3 AM & 9 PM TO 6 AM)
