Department Overview
The Response Management team is responsible for responding to formal customer requests, including Requests for Proposals (RFP),Requests for Information (RFI),Due Diligence requests, Risk Assessments and Questionnaires. We partner with sales, product, legal, technology and information security while managing the response process.
Position summary
This individual will produce and deliver: Due Diligence documentation and responses to client questionnaires along with assisting in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP),Request for Information (RFI) and any other type of formal customer communication across numerous products and business lines.

The individual will work closely with business and technical leads towards building consistent and accurate responses and must understand the product solutions and platforms from a business and technical perspective to address responses for Information Security, Compliance and Product Risk.
The individual will assist in updating the team’s due diligence content and on-boarding additional product groups and will be able to coordinate the preparation, execution and delivery of formal responses representing the firm. This includes creation, modification and maintenance of content which will require collaboration between numerous groups and achieving proper sign off.
Duties & accountabilities
- Preparing Due Diligence decks, General Questionnaire Responses and Presentations.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal and information security to respond to customer requests and create accurate, persuasive and cogent response documents.
- Ensure that responses are accurate, comply with high company standards and are completed by the assigned deadlines.
- Assist with overall communication and approvals for responses which represent our entire organization.
- Assist with our centralized database processes, policies and procedures to drive improvement in tools and content.
- This individual will work closely with business and technical leads towards building consistent and accurate responses and must understand the product solution and platform from a business and technical perspective.
- Tracking to completion action items raised during risk assessments and audits.
Business competencies
Education And Experience
- Strong academic credentials.
- Knowledge of financial products is preferred.
- Understanding of Information Security, Risk, Vulnerability and Business Continuity preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office products required (Word, Excel) and a knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and compliance considerations would be an advantage.
Commercial awareness
- An understanding of global financial markets, current issues and competitive landscape.
- Ability to navigate numerous products based on the commercial needs of our customers.
- Understanding of business risk management.
