The Job Descriptions for RC Quality Supervisor –(“Repair quality Service’ )
Responsible for overall is check repaired STB quality before dispatch to WH; The position is for improvement and execution of workflow having quality dispatch, reduction field Bounce back swap and resale project boxes as the target.
The Key role area
1. To check and confirm the overall process of repair centre on a daily basis as per agreed workflow.
2. Go through the process in detail and put checkpoints and report if any violation is there on a weekly basis.
3. Highlight the discrepancies if any with the sock and spares if any while creating the reports on a daily basis.
4. Confirm the usage of spares as per inflow/outflow of defective.
5. The continuous and steady improvement in BB for the respective centres the BB should be syc with TG RC BB target swap and resale project boxes.
6. Direct reporting to the Repair centre TSL representative for corrective action.
7. Responsible for lot rejection for normal dispatch as per process on a daily basis.
8. Continuous focus on the quality of repair boxes via L3 technicians report if any training or workmanship issues.
9. Check the tools being used at respective centres for better quality output tests the tools and jigs and report for any discrepancies.
