Vibration data analysis - filtration components

Tasks

- Understand the requirements from the product engineering standpoint.

- Receive the measured data from field and store it properly.

- Analyze the field measurements and make reports in ppt.

- Correlate the engine RPMs, vibration signals and noise signals.

- Create accelerated test specifications for the parts under study.

Knowledge Skills required

- Ability to understand the problem.

- Creating correct plan.

- Knowledge of instrumentation and vibration.

- Accuracy in analyzing the results.

- Vibrations basics.

- Knowledge of sensors used for above purposes.

- Signal analysis, signal processing with preferably automotive background.

- Knowledge of glyphworks / ncode.
