Education: Graduation in any field or IT
Experience (years): 1-2 years
Industry / Technology background: IT Services
Location: Mumbai
Duties To Be Performed
  • Responsible for assisting the Head of RMG in resource management process
  • Coordinate with internal systems team for smooth functioning of the RMS (Resource Management System).
  • Keeping resource management system updated (skills, resumes, billing, utilization, etc.)
  • Formulate the training plan for the year based on training needs identified
  • Organize and facilitate training as per the training calendar
  • Prepare various reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
  • Any other activities assigned from time to time.
Essential
  • Should have handled end-to-end training activities or experience in resource management activities or both
  • Good in excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in IT company
