Designation: Rockstar Intern - Social Media Management

Roles & Responsibilities
a) Manage and Build the Brand and/or Creator Social Media Profiles from scratch
b) Plan and Build the social media strategy for our brand pages on Instagram, Linkedin and/or Youtube etc.
c) Manage the marketing schedule on social channels, and execute with seamless cross-coordination with the creative and founders team
d) Help scale the social media presence using existing and new creatives
e) Highlight brand achievements, major projects, new creators across our social storyboard.
f) Use social media analytics to re-iterate plans and manage a growth plan for these channels
g) Be at the fore-front of innovative social media campaigns and new initiatives
h) Experiment with new creative designs, videos, reels etc. for the brand/creators like behind the scenes etc. for a great user experience on social platforms like Instagram and Linkedin

Skills Required
a) End-to-End knowledge about the Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube brand image and profile elevation.
b) Knowledge about Media Production, Social Media Management, Creator Economy, especially for Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube
c) Know the technicalities of operating a social page on instagram, its technical ratios, formats, engagement analysis and the schedule management of the same
d) Should have SMM or Digital Marketing relevant course/degree
e) Knowledge on social media analytics and growth strategies
f) Should be good at MS Excel, Powerpoint, Email Etiquettes.
g) Laptop: Self Procured

Location: Preferred from Andheri, Vile-Parle, Santacruz and nearby regions only
