Handle the critical incidents in Data Centre and WAN cutting across various competencies like Routers and Switches .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Resolves critical Incidents within agreed SLA s Actively participate in Problem resolution Work with OEM s for lifecycle Management Support project Implementations wherever required Individual contributor role Solid experience in routing with all routing protocols like BGP OSPF etc.
Solid experience in switching with VLan STP VTP HSRP Stack Dot1x etc Cisco Nexus 9k Cisco Nexus 7k Cisco Nexus 5k Cisco Nexus 3K Cisco 4500 Cisco 3850 Cisco WAAS Wireless and IP management Knowledge in MPLS SDWAN
