Rovoox is looking for a 2D Artist to work on our brand-new casual mobile product. We are looking for a 2d artist who is able to work on all stages of graphic assets -

from the concept to the final rendering. As a 2D Artist you will work closely with designers and art leads to design, conceptualize, and implement 2D art for gameplay and LiveOps.Brief about Rovoox Ltd., It is a well-funded gaming startup based in Limassol, Cyprus EU. The company is already having some of the best talents in the industry working on innovative free-to-play mobile titles.

Requirements :-

3+ years of experience in creating art for games (Preferably 3-5yrs)-

Experience shipping a game or participated in the development of more than one title.-

Experience creating a broad range of art styles in 2D-

Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and render-

Have a strong background and understanding in mobile interface design, flow and usability-

Have a passion for the industry and understanding of market trends and styles-

In-depth knowledge of visual principles including form, shape, composition, design and how they relate to game development specifically-

Must provide a link to an online portfolio.-

Good level of EnglishWhat you will do?-

Create 2D artwork for our upcoming new casual game (UI elements, new characters,environments, FX Storyboards and various other assets)-

Create promotional artwork for the game-

Collaborate with our Art Director and Game Designer on conceptualizing the visuals of newfeatures, ideas etc.What additional skills will help you stand out?-

Strong foundation in the traditional arts including but not limited to painting, sculpture, figure drawing, illustration-

Experience in 3D modelling is a plus, as well as some basics in 2D animation-

A genuine interest in F2P and mobile games, as well as the wider world of gaming (ref:hirist.com)
