RPA Business Systems Analyst - Gurgaon, HR (868401)

Primary Responsibilities:

Research functional flow logged by business teams
Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency
Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications in the form of user stories/features
Create user cases or user personas
Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain technical teams scope of work
Create high quality requirements and process documents
Good understanding of Robotic Process(RPA) system engineering concepts
Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
Ensure timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA
Present and evaluate designed solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
Present design solutions to the business
Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and delivery team
Communicate with internal and external business partners (Handle Onshore/Offshore model)
Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices in service oriented analysis, design and development
Work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements
Identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in writing crisp and clear functional requirement documents
Extensive experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Data analysis and writing system requirements
Hands-on experience in writing SQL’s in multiple database environments
Experience or knowledge in working on all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in validating end to end flow of data in an application
Hands-on experience in data profiling
Worked with agile model and aware about various scrum ceremonies
Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint),MS Visio and UI design tools and any Defect Tracking Tool
Good in multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong SQL skills and have written complex queries for analysis
Healthcare domain knowledge
Well-versed in RPA tool
Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities
Good attitude, self-motivated, Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong facilitation skills, problem-solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
Ability to assist in cost-benefit analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination
Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
Flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts
