Roles and Responsibilities

• RPA developer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing the business process.
• Gather requirements from the Client or Business Analyst.
• Get involved with the Solutions Architect and work on solutions for the process to be automated.
• Build the bots along with the unit and integration testing.
• Move the code from lower environments to higher environments.
• Knowledge transfer (KT) and handover sessions to the client’s dev team.
• Working on the documentation from an implementation perspective.
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.
• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.
• Ability to analysis root cause for an error.
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
• RPA development and support experience of 2 years.
• Understand existing systems and resolve operations issues. Follow and improve coding standards.
• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.
• Documenting the automation procedures.

Skills Required

• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) 
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Should be able to Prioritise and manage Multiple Portfolios

Experience Required

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding),SQL and relational databases, and application development.
