Preferably I am looking for immediate joiners in the next 2-3 weeks timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates with automation experience using Automation Anywhere in at least 3 out of 4 areas (web, windows, ERP packages & client-server applications)
• Analyze the business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
• Identifying and communicating the technical infra requirements to deploy automation solutions
• Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well
• structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Automation Anywhere
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation
• Problem-solving of issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs for improvements
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Supporting the Business Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Qualifications

• Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment using Automation Anywhere latest versions, components, and features. Overall IT experience of 2+ years and hands-on project experiences as AA SME of 1+ years for Junior Developers and 4+ years total IT experience with 2+ years in AA for Senior developers
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting),MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word
• Hands-on experience in VB Script and JavaScript. Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred
• Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical
• approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams (As-is and To-be)
• Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
• Ability to technically mentor a team of junior developers (3-4 members) and implement automation solutions end to end independently

Job Location and Other details

• The position is primarily Mumbai Thane based
• Most of the time work to be carried out in client locations
• Need-based travel for client meetings and involvement in solution creations vis-à-vis RFP/RFI responses will be required
